Facilities Management is the way we plan to effectively manage the trades and the service contractors that will need to access the building. We are committed to providing cost-efficient agreements that work on the premises in particular where maintenance agreements have been arranged. We are committed to providing the best possible way to handle and improve the overall efficiency of any trades and works carried out within the building. Maintenance can prove to be very costly if not done correctly, so this is an integral part of our plan to minimise the cost but maximise output.
Building Management on our part involves the utmost care and professionalism to be taken at all times to ensure all areas are attended to quickly and efficiently so that the building is continually maintained and improved to maintain its worth.
Cleaning Eximius Building Management prides itself on providing clients with a custom-tailored service that is not only realistic and affordable but most importantly we strive to provide the best possible service to meet our individual client needs.
We believe it is of upmost importance to work closely with the Strata Manager together with the Owners Corporations well as the Executive Committee to ensure that all expenses are managed effectively and in line with budget, this will ensure we meet our obligation to you and the best interests of the building.
We always strive to maintain a management system that means we are finding and repairing long-term maintenance issues and are continually striving to solve costly problems in the best interest of the owners and tenants.
